Sheridan
Sheridan was born on December 1st, 2008 which makes her 13 years old. Sheridan enjoys baking and art. This is Sheridan’s first year participating in robotics and she is part of the marketing team. Ms. Foust’s favorite color is red. She is in the 8th grade and participates in NJHS. She enjoys listening to rock music. Sheridan would like to travel to Greenland if she had the chance. Her favorite subject is science. Sheridan’s favorite food is sushi.
Her favorite animal is the domestic cat. Sheridan’s favorite movie is “Titanic”. Her favorite season is wintertime. Next, she would like to go into a career that involves teaching or acting and would like to receive that degree at Vanderbilt University, Texas Tech, or UNM.
Giselle
Giselle was born on November 2nd, 2009, making her 13 years old. Her favorite movie is The Notebook. Her favorite season is Fall. According to herself, Giselle’s best quality is her intelligence. She wants to travel to Italy. She listens to a multitude of music genres. Her favorite animal is a Capybara. Her hobby is listening to music. She loves the color pink. Giselle’s favorite food is enchiladas.
Giselle is an 8th grader at Lovington Taylor Middle School. Her favorite subject is school math. She has been attending Lovington Schools since Pre-K. Giselle has not put much thought into where she wants to go to college or what she wants to do after she graduates.
This is Giselle’s 2nd year in robotics. She is a part of the Booth/Field department. She is a part of the Taylor Middle School band outside of robotics. Her favorite memory of robotics is going to Dallas last year. She loves robotics because it expands her creative thinking. Her friends convinced her to join robotics and she doesn’t regret it.
Sebastian
Sebastian was born September 16, 2010, making him 13. His favorite animal is a dog. His hobby is playing games. His favorite color is Gray. He listens to rap and Spanish music. His dream place to travel is Canada. His favorite food is fried chicken. According to himself, Sebastian’s best quality is his ability to make friends. His favorite movie is Veggie Tales the Movie. His favorite season is Winter.
Sebastian has been attending Lovington Schools for 3 years. He is in the 8th grade. His favorite subject is ELA. When he graduates high school, Sebastian wants to attend Sagu or Texas Tech and become a Social Worker.
This is Sebastian’s first year in robotics. He is a part of the Booth/Field Department. His favorite part of robotics is seeing the people. His favorite memory of robotics is summer camp. His friends encouraged him to join robotics.
Rachelle
Rachelle was born on March 28, 2007, so she is 16 years old. She is currently a High School Junior. She has been a Lovington Wildcat for over 5 years. Some fun things about Rachelle are that her favorite animal is a ferret and her favorite Hobby is drawing. Rachelle’s favorite subject in school is psychology. Rachelle also had to include that her favorite food is Hot Cheetos. Rachelle stated that her favorite movie is Scary Movie 3. Rachelle loves listening to all kinds of music except for country music. Her dream at this time is to become a biomedical engineer.
Rachelle has been part of the robotics team for two years now. Rachelle is part of the Booth/Promotions and Construction of the game field. Rachelle shared that her favorite part of being involved in robotics is the bonding. She further explained that she wanted to join robotics for new experiences.
Scout
Scout was born September 21, 2007, making him 16 years old. Outside of robotics, Scout is a part of SkillsUSA. His favorite animal is Ants. His hobby is coding. His favorite color is green. He listens to the Indie Pop music genre. His dream place to travel is Venus. His favorite food is rice. His favorite movie is The Tenet. His favorite season is Winter.
Scout has been attending Lovington Schools for 6 years. He is a Junior at Lovington High School. His favorite subject is sociology. When he graduates high school, Scout wants to attend Texas Tech or UVM and become a computer scientist.
This is Scout’s second year of Robotics. He is a part of the Booth/Field Department. His favorite part of robotics is the building/designing. His favorite memory was going to Dallas last year. He joined robotics because a teacher had recommended it to him.
Valerie
Valerie was born July 8th, 2009, making her 14 years old. She loves Otters. Her hobby is reading. Outside of robotics, she doesn’t have any other extracurricular activities. Her favorite color is red. Her dream place to travel is Mexico. Her favorite food is caldo de res. According to her, Valerie’s best quality is her sense of humor. Her favorite season is Winter. Her favorite movie is Frozen. She listens to all the music except country.
Valerie is a Freshman at Lovington High School. She has been attending Lovington Schools since Kindergarten. Her favorite subject is English. When she graduates, Valerie wants to attend Harvard or Stanford. She wants to become a lawyer when she graduates.
Valerie has been in robotics for 2 years. Her favorite memory of robotics is the first day she spent in Lubbock for a competition. Her favorite thing about robotics is traveling. What encouraged Valerie to join was the team members and their teamwork. She is a part of the Booth/Field department.
Emiliano
Emiliano was born on July 17, 2008, making him 15. His favorite color is red. He loves 80s, 90s, and country music. His dream place to travel is Japan. According to himself, his best quality is his kindheartedness. His hobby is drawing. His favorite food is cheeseburgers. His favorite movie is Jurassic Park. His favorite season is Fall. And his favorite animals are Orcas.
Emiliano is a sophomore at Lovington High School. His favorite school subject is animation. He has been attending Lovington Schools since Kindergarten. When he graduates, Emiliano sees himself being a Novelist and Movie/Show/Video game director. When he graduates, Emiliano wants to attend Texas Tech for college.
This is Emilano’s first year in robotics. He is a part of the Booth/Game Field department. Outside of robotics, Emiliano is a part of SkillsUSA. His favorite memory of robotics is joining his department and meeting his team. His favorite part of robotics is designing. What encouraged Emiliano to join was the traveling and activities.
Santi
Santi was born on October 19th, 2009, which means he is 13. He is in the 8th grade and his favorite school subject is history. He has been attending Lovington Schools for 11 years. Another interesting fact about Santi is that his favorite color is white despite it not being the most popular color. His favorite animals are red pandas. His hobby is playing golf. Santi listens to any type of music. His dream place to travel to is the Himalayas. According to Santi, his best quality is his humor. His favorite food is burgers. His favorite movie is Solosis. His favorite season is Winter. When he graduates, Santi wants to go into welding or piloting.
This is Santi’s second year in robotics. His favorite part of robotics is being able to stay in the hotels. Santi is in the Booth/Game Field department. His favorite memory of robotics is his first night in the Lubbock Hotel. What encouraged Santi to join was his friend saying how fun it was. His extracurricular activities outside of robotics are, playing percussion for the Taylor Middle School Symphonic Band and playing golf.
Casyn
Casyn was born on August 6th, 2008, making him 15. His favorite season is Winter. His favorite color is black. He likes listening to any type of music. His dream place to travel is Russia. His favorite food is pizza. His favorite movie is Oppenheimer. According to himself, Casyn doesn’t have the best qualities because he is a jack of all trades with his qualities. His hobby is doing resin art.
Casyn has been attending Lovington Schools for quite some time. He loves all of the school subjects. When he graduates, Casyn wishes to attend a culinary college and become a chef.

Shamus
Shamus Vancleve was born on March 21, 2007, making him 16. His hobby is wood carving. His favorite color is dark green. His favorite animal is Kangaroo. According to him, Shamus’ best quality is his sense of humor. His favorite food is Sushi. He listens to all types of music. His favorite season is Winter. His favorite movie is The Spiderwick Chronicles. He doesn’t have any extracurricular activities outside of robotics.
Shamus is a Junior at Lovington High School. He has been attending Lovington Schools for 12 years. His favorite subject is English. When he graduates, Shamus wants to attend WYO Tech and become a mechanic.
